About Jonathan Hart - Registered Psychologist & Director

Jon Hart is a fully registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and College of Sport and Exercise Psychologists (CoSEP). Jon operates within Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy frameworks to assist his clients in achieving their potential and therapeutic objectives. He is also trained in the use of Mindfulness-based interventions and applies these to performance settings.

Jon currently provides services to Professional sporting clubs, National Sporting Organisations, State Institute programs as well as elite and high performance athletes across many performance settings.  Jon has several interest areas including mental toughness, performance anxiety, focus and concentration and performance routines and systems.
